DeVon Hudson

That principle has guided my professional life and my service to the community. I’m DeVon Hudson, proud to serve individuals and families from Decatur, GA, with a career rooted in leadership, education, and long‐standing community involvement. I earned my B.A. in Finance from Illinois State University, and I’ve spent decades applying that foundation to helping people prepare for what matters most.

My professional journey includes qualifying as an Ambassador Club member in 2021, 2022, and 2023, as well as achieving Millionaire Club membership in 1985. I was honored as a Fire Honor Agent in both 1987 and 1988, milestones that reflect a sustained commitment to excellence. In 1993, I graduated from Leadership DeKalb, further strengthening my connection to the local business and civic community.

Community service has always been central to who I am. I have served on the MARTA Board of Directors and remain actively involved as a member of the 100 Black Men of Atlanta, Inc., Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, the South DeKalb Business Association, and the Atlanta Business League Men of Influence. My leadership roles have also included Past District Chairman for the Atlanta Council of the Boy Scouts of America, Chairman of the Steward Board at New Birth Missionary Baptist Church, board member for Faith Academy I, and Chairman of the Children’s Education Foundation. In 1996, I was recognized as an Outstanding Atlanta Recipient, an honor I continue to hold with gratitude.

In my work, I help people protect what they’ve worked hard to build, whether that means preparing for the road ahead with Auto insurance, safeguarding a place to live with Homeowners insurance, or supporting loved ones and employees through Life insurance and Business insurance . Every conversation starts with listening, understanding, and offering guidance grounded in experience.
